Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across digital platforms to maximize reach and ROI.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and the most effective media channels.
  • Negotiate and purchase advertising space on various online and offline platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad content and messaging.
  • Manage budgets, track spending, and ensure campaigns remain cost-effective.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in media buying.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all media buys comply with brand guidelines and company objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of proven experience in media buying, preferably within digital marketing environments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Familiarity with major digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic networks.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in an office-based setting.

Proficiency in budget management and cost optimization.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and campaign goals.
