Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and organize mechanical repair and maintenance work.
- Plan and coordinate interventions on the machinery and equipment fleet.
- To supervise, train and motivate the team of mechanics.
- Diagnose faults and define appropriate technical solutions.
- Manage the supply and stock of spare parts.
- Ensure that interventions comply with safety and quality standards.
- Solid expertise in industrial and/or automotive mechanics.
- Skills in team management and technical coordination.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Organization, rigor and responsiveness.
- Knowledge of HSE (Hygiene, Safety, Environment) standards.
