Roles & Responsibilities

Confirm the equipment vents and drains are opened, and it is completely.

Depressurized, Drained and inerted before opening any of its flanges

Match marking before disassembling

Communicate with Foreman / Supervisor for new findings further planning

Job is done in the correct sequence

Communicate each step with team to avoid misunderstanding.

Communicate with Supervisors on progress of the job

Check the specification of Gaskets and Flange alignment
