Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Ability to provide mechanical maintenance and breakdowns troubleshoot for all kinds of machines on beverage lines.

· Ability to operate and make full overhaul for beverage lines, pneumatic circuits, and mechanical moving parts.

· Very good knowledge beverage lines machine (Sidel or KHS or Krones lines) and thorough knowledge in Injection machines.

· Must have basic knowledge of electricity.

· Plan and estimate mechanical jobs.

· Responsible for directing preventive/predictive maintenance programs designed to reduce unscheduled downtime (maximize equipment availability) downtime (maximize equipment availability to extend equipment life.

· Ability to identify mechanical spare parts requirements for all line machines

· Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of mechanical assignments.

Provide basic training for all machines operators.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge of mechanical principles.
  • Relevant certifications, such as HVAC or CNC operation, indicating specialized skills and commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in manufacturing or automotive sectors preferred, ensuring familiarity with industry-specific machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, essential for effective troubleshooting and repair.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools required for maintenance tasks.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex mechanical issues.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus, enhancing collaboration in diverse work environments.
