Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, filter changes, and testing of mechanical and utility equipment (boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, etc.) to prevent unexpected failures and extend asset lifespan.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or component replacements to minimize downtime.
