Mechanical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Support Engineer to join our After-Sales team.


If you have a strong Mechanical background, hands-on experience with HVAC systems, and enjoy solving technical issues, this role is for you.



What You ll Do:



Follow up on installation progress and site readiness for Testing & Commissioning

Assist with on-site equipment start-up and coordinate with project teams during commissioning

Support in preparing quotations by providing technical and commercial inputs

Supervise technicians, review daily service vouchers and maintenance sheets, and follow up with clients as needed

Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

Coordinate technicians schedules and ensure timely completion of repairs and services

Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction

Monitor technicians tools and vehicles to ensure proper use and cleanliness

Oversee uniform inventory in coordination with the After-Sales Coordinator

Perform other related tasks as assigned by management



What You ll Need:


A degree in Mechanical Engineering

Hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to lead, coordinate, and maintain high service standards
