Job Purpose

• ADVANCED has established minimum experience and qualifications for most personnel. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to assure that these minimum requirements are met. These requirements are not limited to. .
• In order to cover Daily Activities, Emergency Shutdown jobs or planned Major Turnaround Activities, Project & MOC Jobs, etc.
  

Experiences Required

• Minimum work experience of 10 years as a Mechanical Supervisor in Petrochemical plant.
  Must be need experience in PDH, UTLITY & PP Plant as Supervisor / Lead
• Handling all types of mechanical works involved in corrective, preventive, turnaround and emergency maintenance
• Interpret designs, drawings, and operations and maintenance manuals in locating and diagnosing trouble in mechanical equipment, components, and systems
• Co-ordinate and allocate work to trade employees as per Advanced Co. job scope / supervisor direction
• Strong supervisory background and practical experience in the following crafts: Millwright, Stationary Equipment, Rotating Equipment's, etc.
• Technically analyzes various equipment failures, decides corrective actions, discusses with technical support engineers and supervises implementation of repair procedures.
• Arrangement of tools, equipment, technicians for the job, job planning and execution, supervising the technicians, reporting and document the equipment history and manpower consumed for each job.
• Request equipment, materials and consumables as required within limits of authority. Monitor the use of materials and care of equipment and manage to minimize waste and damage.
• Coordinate with Advanced supervisors for scheduled activities.
• Ensure and perform housekeeping is ongoing by maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
• Ensure equipment and tools are secured and used correctly.
• Ensure sufficient task analysis are completed to carry work out job safely.
• Coordinate with Service Provider's (third party contractors)
• Having enough knowledge about safe work permit system and regulations.

Candidate Qualifications requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or' equivalent
• Having qualification as per COMPANY standard
• Knowledge of English to read, speak and write.
