Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Position: Mechanical Supervisor Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum requirement).
- 8 10 years of experience in continuous process industries, preferably in Phosphoric Acid and DAP production plants .
- Strong supervisory background with hands-on experience in multi-craft supervision .
- Ability to read, interpret, and explain engineering drawings to the workforce.
- Sound knowledge across all maintenance disciplines with familiarity in maintenance programs, practices, and procedures .
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) .
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Must successfully clear the MPC Workshop Qualification Interview .
- Ability to prepare daily reports, time allocation reports, and material take-off (MTO) lists .
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and control manpower effectively .
