Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversees the entire process of building a swimming pool, Lakes, from planning and designing to completion and handover,
Plays a crucial role in a swimming pool, Lakes, project's planning and design phase by collaborating
with architects, engineers, and designers to develop project plans, blueprints, and materials, lists.
Reviewing Designs for Mechanical Systems Such As HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection Systems To Ensure They Meet Standards, Codes, Purpose & Regulatory authorities Approvals.
Generate / Review the Technical Submittals as Per Design, Standards, Codes, Purpose & Regulatory authorities Approvals. Review / Arrange Purchasing Orders for The Mechanical Systems as Per the Working Drawings and The Projects Specification.
Compare / Validate sub-contractors, vendors offer Technically & Commercially. Guide The Mechanical Execution Crews Technically.
Ensures That All Mechanical System Designs, Plans, And Records Are Accurately Maintained, Updated, And Archived.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years experience.

    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering.

    Experience in Site Mechanical engineering construction field.

    Strong negotiation skills

    Ability to work with multiple discipline projects

    Problem-solving.

    High attention to detail.

    Highly organized

    High Leadership Skills.
