Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site execution of mechanical works such as HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for approval.
- Conduct inspections and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Ensure project activities are completed within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for the Project Manager.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and company quality policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities and QA/QC inspections.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Qualificaction:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant site experience in UAE/GCC, preferably with construction companies.
- Prior airport project experience is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority regulations.
- Excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be currently based in UAE and available for immediate joining.
