Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Mechanical Sales Engineer with at least 5 years of proven experience in selling industrial pumps, particularly water pumps. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a solid track record in B2B sales, and established relationships in the construction, municipal, or industrial sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of centrifugal, submersible, and dewatering pumps across assigned territories
  • Identify and engage new customers, contractors, and EPCs
  • Provide technical support, pump sizing, and customized solutions based on client needs
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Follow up on projects, RFQs, and tenders from initial contact to closing
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline and customer interactions

Collaborate with internal teams on delivery, service, and project execution

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pump sales (preferably in KSA market)
  • Strong knowledge of water/wastewater systems, dewatering, and industrial pumping applications
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia

Preferred:

  • Experience working with pump OEMs or authorized distributors
  • Network of existing clients in construction, utilities, or industrial sectors
  • Arabic speaker is a plus
