The Mechanical Project Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and executing mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion. This includes coordinating with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure that all mechanical systems and components are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves both technical expertise and strong project management skills to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review mechanical designs, specifications, and drawings for HVAC, piping, fire protection, and other systems

Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

Conduct site inspections and supervise installation and commissioning activities

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations

Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution

Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation

Support procurement activities by evaluating technical aspects of vendor proposals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including civil, electrical, and instrumentation engineers

Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover processes
