Job purpose

To oversee and optimize the manufacturing processes of electric motors, ensuring high productivity, product quality, and adherence to safety standards. The role involves monitoring operations, resolving technical issues, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the development of new motor models in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Track all materials, equipment, and labor, and report daily production figures Monitor the productivity of staff, materials, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency Keep work areas clean and organized, assist with the development of personnel Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Uphold all health and safety procedure
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes for electric motor production lines.
• Identify and execute process improvements to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
• Develop and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure the manufacturability of new motor models.
• Monitor production equipment and machinery, ensuring timely maintenance and minimal downtime.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolve mechanical or operational issues during production.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality or process non-conformities.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance in all production activities.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
