Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • He will be responsible for the new Machines project management from plan to installation, including involving stakeholders, setting the plan with timeline milestones, tracking progress, and delivering the projects
  • Act as Bosta's POC with the suppliers (inside and outside Egypt)
  • Lead automation projects in terms of project management.
  • Maintain company-owned equipment to run in an optimum condition (automation machines, conveyors and MHE)
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential risks and ensure safe, smooth operations.
  • Create and execute the PM (preventive maintenance) plan as per the manufacturer's recommendations and requirements
  • Plan for spare parts needs
  • Achieve the operating KPIs and targeted service levels (downtime, maintenance cost, etc.)
  • Lead and train the technicians team to ensure high standards of maintenance practices.
  • Perform daily inspection across
  • Recommend and implement power consumption optimization practices

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance (preferably within logistics, industrial automation, or manufacturing environments).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • supplier management experience
  • Ability to work across rotating shifts and multiple sites when required.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance best practices and safety standards.
