Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot Dry & Reefer Container
- Oversee and execute the maintenance of HVAC systems for Reefer Containers
- Supervise a team of technicians to ensure optimal performance and efficient operations.
- Replace and Install Spare parts related to Inserted HVAC Circuits for Reefer Containers.
- Data entry for all M&R s relevant online Systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Familiarity with ERP system programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
