Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed calculations to establish HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system requirements.
- Designing mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for mechanical systems.
- Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated design delivery.
- Conducting site inspections to ensure quality of installations and adherence to design specifications.
- Providing technical support and guidance during construction and commissioning phases.
- Evaluating and selecting equipment and materials for mechanical systems.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience of 11-15 years in mechanical Engineering (Site Operations) for building services, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Previous experience working on Infrastructure projects in the KSA is essential.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and codes related to mechanical systems in buildings.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Must have Infrastructure experience.
