Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow up on planned maintenance schedules and lubrication and lubrication tour for all plant machinery, monitor all equipment s on the production line make necessary adjustments and repairs to maintain the smooth running of the production line.
- Provide training and development opportunities to all mechanical maintenance staff & carry out performance evaluations and appraisals, Encouraging new ideas.
- Implement a regular maintenance program, and recommend any additional needs not listed to extend its life, reducing the total cost of spare parts
- Responsible for major installation or maintenance projects, leading the team of Technicians assigned to the task.
- Troubleshooting mechanical machines faults and guide technicians to Solve them quickly by Intervening immediately to reduce downtimes
- Ensures that production targets are met in respect of efficiency, minimum wastage, and operating rates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering major
Mechanical Power Engineering / Production & Mechanical Design Engineering
- Experience: 3 years' experience in maintenance management role in FMCG
- Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), lean
Manufacturing, Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L)
- Defines and lead processes related to integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 22000, 18000, 14000, International Food Standards, etc.)
