Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage all mechanical and HVAC works on-site. • Perform estimation and costing for HVAC systems in fit-out and renovation projects. • Conduct technical checks to ensure quality and functionality of mechanical works. • Review and prepare HVAC designs, drawings, and shop drawings. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for timely project execution. • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and relevant authority standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in fit-out, renovation, and HVAC works. • Strong knowledge of HVAC design, load calculations, and systems installation. • Hands-on experience in estimation and project supervision. • Ability to review technical drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications. • Familiarity with UAE regulations and approval processes. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
