Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components for HVAC and air quality solutions.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver integrated solutions.
- Perform calculations and simulations to validate system performance and efficiency.
- Assist in the selection and specification of materials, equipment, and technologies for mechanical projects.
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities on-site as required.
- Review and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Participate in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the HVAC or building services sector.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.
