• Plan, schedule and review activities as per the project plan.

• Ensures that all the works are done in accordance with the approved construction drawing, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.

•Supervising and ensuring the site execution and installations are done as per the project specification

•Reviewing the drawing prior to submission to the consultant and authority approval.

•Conducting meeting with site team to explain the drawings in detail to carry out the works per the required standards • Keeping a mail record to avoid any discrepancies in the future

• Reviewing Technical Specification, BOQ and Drawings to determine suitable Manufacturers and Vendors that can meet Client’s requirements technically.

• Weekly fire pump test and Annual fire pump flow test Planned Preventive maintenance of all fire fighting system •Install, Testing, Service and Maintenance of all types of Fire fighting Systems, Fire AlarmSystems(Conventional and Addressable Fire alarm Sytem), Voice evacuation system

• Follow the HSE rules and regulation before execute the work at site

• Prepare and submit the site weekly status to project engineer/project manager

• Co-ordinate between MEP and Civil drawings at the site

•Ensures the progression of project activities

•Collect reports from the Procurement or Purchase Department and report deviations to Project In charge.

• Ensure production as per schedule and within estimated cost without compromising on Quality and Safety. •Fabrication of steel structures & pipeline, witnessing fit-up, weld visual, activities as per the specifications and standards

•Attend site meetings and resolve technical/ operational issues independently

• Oversee the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure they operate as intended.

•Validate system performance through functional testing and address any operational issues.

• Installation of G.I.duct (internal), SS ducts (external) and fire rated pressurized ducts for staircase and lift, duct accessories, cladding as per approved Shop Drawing with reference to DW144 and ASHRAE standards Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC Equipments (Chiller, Recirculation pumps, Bag filtration system, Chemical dosing unit, PACU, ACCU, AHU, FAHU, FCU, Split Units, DX units, Industrial ventilation fans), Ductworks, Refrigerant Piping, chilled water piping.

•Preparing testing and commissioning reports, O&M Manual preparations

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and servicing of HVAC equipments Air handling units(AHU’s), Chillers, Fan Coil Unit (FCU), Air Cooled Condensing units (ACCU), Package Air Conditioning Units (PACU), split A/C
