Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

MEP Designs review for compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, district cooling plants, grey water treatment plant & Automatic waste management plant./li>

  • Analyze and optimize the energy efficiency and sustainability of mechanical systems./li>
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of MEP designs through thorough review and analysis./li>
  • Identify design issues and discrepancies in MEP systems./li>
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations to design teams to improve MEP system designs./li>
  • Verify that all MEP designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations./li>
  • Prepare and maintain detailed review reports, specifications, and other project documentation. Knowledge of Mostadam, LEED./li>
  • Knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems./li> /ul>

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    Experience in Mechanical related type projects required. Candidates must have experience in Construction Supervision with a Consultancy with a minimum of 12+ years of overall experience (minimum 8 years in the MEA). Buildings project experience is preferred. For the Engineer position, a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
