Mechancial Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications to identify required submittal materials for plumbing, chilled water, and firefighting Products, selection, and submittals.
  
• Assemble complete submittal & Prequalification documents, packages that meet project requirements and formatting guidelines.
  
• Maintain detailed records and tracking logs to monitor submittal status and approvals.
  
• Provide technical support to sales team and field as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or project coordination role, preferably in supplier of HVAC/plumbing/Firefighting Products.
  
• Strong understanding of plumbing, chilled water, and fire protection systems and equipment.
  
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting products specifications, and submittals
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
  
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
  
• Knowledge of submittal review processes and approval requirements.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems
