Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Salesman will be responsible for driving sales of mattresses and furniture products across the UAE, primarily in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven field sales experience in a similar industry and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, dealers, and institutions. This is a performance-driven role with a base salary plus commission on sales exceeding monthly targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct field visits to potential clients including retailers, hotels, staff accommodation facilities, and project sites.
  2. Promote and sell the company’s range of mattresses and custom furniture to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  5. Prepare and present product quotations, follow up on offers, and negotiate pricing and terms.
  6. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and periodic sales reports.
  8. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  9. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
  10. Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and customer service excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales within the mattress, furniture, or related industry.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic and Hindi is an advantage).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Presentable, well-organized, and disciplined with strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
