Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create Purchase Orders for the local & imported components on Microsoft Dynamics AX and communicate them to the suppliers.
  • Maintain the RM/PM&SF stock levels within the inventory target.
  • Follow up every component s delivery track till its reception in the plant.
  • Maintain the Material master data on AX.
  • Ensure the reduction the slow movers and obsoletes risks.
  • Be an Active member in the materials portfolio reduction committee.
  • Share any risks related to the components unavailability.
  • Follow up with the purchasing team to continuously minimize the materials MOQ and LT.
  • Monitor the suppliers performance and feedback the purchasing team.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 to 3 years of experience in material planning or purchasing in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication Skills.

English is a must.

Familiar with ERP systems (Ax preferable).
