Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Inventory Management
- Supervise and manage raw material inventory within the warehouse.
- Track inventory movement between warehouse and stitching factory.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
2.Production & Quality Inspection
- Conduct in-process quality checks during garment manufacturing.
- Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Report and document any quality issues or non-conformities.
3.Logistics & Documentation
- Support outbound logistics and dispatch of finished products.
- Prepare and manage shipment documents including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
4.General Support
- Assist in improving operational processes in warehouse and production areas.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company compliance standards.
- Liaise with internal departments to support day-to-day operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or materials management, or production supervision, ideally within the garment manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and quality inspection procedures.
- Experience in coordinating logistics and handling shipment documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with inventory systems such as SAP is an advantage.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
