Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials and components to ensure they meet specified standards and quality requirements.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards to verify compliance during material inspections.
- Document inspection findings meticulously, preparing detailed reports that highlight non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to address quality issues and facilitate timely resolutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential for a solid technical foundation.
- Certification in Quality Control or Inspection (e.g., ASNT, AWS) is a significant advantage to validate expertise.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in material inspection within manufacturing or construction sectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, ASTM, and ASME enhances credibility and compliance ability.
