• Vehicle Diagnostics & Repair: Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and EVs (if applicable).
• Quality Control & Supervision: Oversee technical work of junior and mid-level technicians to ensure service quality and compliance with OEM standards.
• Workshop Coordination: Assist in planning workflow, allocating tasks, and ensuring optimal utilization of tools and equipment.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues efficiently and safely.
• Training & Mentorship: Guide and train junior technicians in technical procedures, diagnostics, and service best practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate service records, repair logs, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Customer Support Assistance: Support service advisors in technical explanations and ensure customer satisfaction for complex repairs.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5–10 years in automotive diagnostics, repair, and service.
• Proven expertise with multiple vehicle systems (mechanical, electrical, electronic).
• Experience in dealership or OEM-approved service centers preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Certification in advanced automotive diagnostics or OEM-specific technical programs preferred.
• Continuous professional development in modern vehicle systems is desirable.
