Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Cut, stitch, and finish women’s western outfits (dresses, blazers, trousers, skirts, etc.) with precision. Interpret design sketches and bring creative concepts to life. Ensure perfect fitting, high-end finishing, and consistent quality. Manage alterations and adjustments as required. Guide and supervise junior tailors/seamstresses when needed. Work closely with the design team to develop samples and collections.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Master Tailor specializing in Western women’s fashion. Expertise in pattern making, cutting, and sewing. Strong attention to detail and finishing. Ability to work with various fabrics including silk, satin, crepe, and cotton. Creative, reliable, and able to meet deadlines. Tailoring experience (preferably in women’s wear).
