Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly interpret client measurements and design preferences, ensuring precise fit and style alignment to create bespoke garments.
  • Execute complex pattern making, including draping and flat pattern techniques, to achieve flawless garment construction from initial concept to final product.
  • Oversee and manage the entire tailoring process, from fabric selection and cutting to sewing, fitting, and finishing, maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of tailors, providing guidance, training, and quality control to maintain consistency and elevate skill levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a formal education in fashion design, tailoring, or a related field.
  • Holds a professional certification in tailoring or pattern making, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the craft.
  • Demonstrates extensive experience in the luxury apparel or bespoke tailoring industry.
  • Offers a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the tailoring field, showcasing a depth of knowledge and skill.
