Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform deep tissue massage to relieve tension and improve circulation.
  • Deliver anti-ageing facial massage treatments such as Kobido or similar advanced techniques.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of two other masseuses to maintain the highest treatment standards.
  • Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and products in perfect condition.
  • Provide a calm, restorative, and discreet service at all times.
  • Adapt treatments to the client’s preferences and physical needs.
  • Maintain professional presentation, hygiene, and discretion.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a professional masseuse in a private household, luxury spa, or 5-star hotel.
  • Expert in deep tissue massage and anti-ageing facial massage (Kobido or equivalent) — this is essential.
  • Physically strong with the endurance to perform deep tissue treatments.
  • Calm, professional, and highly reliable.
  • Team player with excellent communication and service skills.
  • Must already be based in the UAE.
  • Fluent in English; other languages an advantage.
