Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
● Provide a full range of professional massage and wellness services offered by Aman Therapeutic, including relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic drainage, postpartum/prenatal, slimming/body-contouring, facial massage, reflexology, and cupping. ● Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, preferences, and any contraindications. ● Maintain a clean, safe, and well-prepared treatment environment. ● Manage treatment timing to ensure punctuality and smooth daily operations. ● Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Aman Therapeutic’s professional standards. ● Maintain accurate and confidential client treatment records. ● Participate in staff meetings, training initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in a spa, wellness center, in home or hotel environment. ● Experience delivering the range of services offered by Aman Therapeutic (massage, cupping, reflexology, slimming therapies, prenatal/postnatal treatments, etc.). ● Preference for experience with Ethiopian massage techniques, but not required (training can be provided). ● Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, client care, and best practices. ● Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong plus. ● Professional demeanor, strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Physically fit with stamina to perform multiple treatments during an 8-hour shift. ● Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and respectful of cultural diversity.
