Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Masonry Work: Perform bricklaying, block laying, and stone setting according to project specifications.
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying mortar or adhesives
  • Repairs & Maintenance: Repair and maintain existing masonry structures as required.
  • Tools and Materials Handling: Safely handle and maintain masonry tools and equipment; ensure proper use of cement, sand, gravel, and other construction materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed to required quality standards and in compliance with design specifications and company procedures.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow company safety guidelines and wear protective equipment while working.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other construction workers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Tool & Equipment Care: Maintain masonry tools and report any equipment issues for repair or replacement.
  • 2–3 years of proven work experience as a Mason in construction or facility maintenance.
  • Knowledge of both structural and decorative masonry works.

  • Proficient in bricklaying, block work, tiling, plastering, and stone masonry.
  • Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
  • Good physical condition and stamina for manual labor.
  • Ability to identify and correct masonry defects or issues.
  • Basic teamwork and communication skills
