Roles & Responsibilities
In this roles , you will play a vital part in shaping marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance Salla s brand presence and customer engagement./p>
Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in creating engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Help manage social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Desired Candidate Profile
As a Marketing Specialist at Salla, you will have the opportunity to specialize in one of three Roles:
- Social Media driving engagement by creating and managing impactful content across various platforms.
- Graphic Design developing creative and visually appealing designs to support our marketing initiatives.
- Copywriting/Technical Writing delivering compelling copy and clear technical content that strengthens brand messaging.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in marketing with some experience or internships preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
