Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Intergroup s products and services across multiple business sectors.
  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, to create cohesive and impactful marketing materials.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, to enhance online presence and engagement.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
  • Assist in the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
