Roles & Responsibilities
We re looking for a results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing projects within timelines, managing cross-functional teams, and driving both digital and offline marketing initiatives. You ll play a key role in developing strategic partnerships and ensuring our marketing efforts meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Deliver high-quality projects on time while managing multiple priorities.
- Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand reach.
- Drive lead generation and deliver marketing targets aligned with company objectives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Support in event planning, on-ground activations, and community engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 3 years of proven experience in marketing (digital + offline).
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in partnership building and event marketing is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
