Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote university programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and web.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
  • Create engaging content for print, web, and social media channels to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Organize and participate in university events, open days, and outreach activities to attract prospective students.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, media agencies, and partners to maximize promotional opportunities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the university s website and digital presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the university s brand guidelines and messaging standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the education or non-profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with content creation and social media management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Willingness to work on-site and participate in university events as required.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and handle multiple projects
    simultaneously.
