Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both cutting-edge digital marketing strategies and proven traditional marketing methods. This role is crucial for developing and implementing integrated marketing plans that will drive Heatec Solutions' growth and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (including SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing).
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports to optimize future efforts.
  • Coordinate and implement traditional marketing campaigns (e.g., print advertising, events, and trade shows).
  • Create engaging and effective content for both digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently and effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years in a marketing role, with a focus on both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing marketing campaigns.
