Roles & Responsibilities



Job Summary:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of our marketing plans. This role involves creating engaging content, managing our brands' social media presence, assisting in campaign implementation, and coordinating with external partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized marketer with a passion for digital trends and brand storytelling.


Key Responsibilities:


Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), blogs, and email newsletters.


Manage the daily operations of our brands' social media accounts, including community management, responding to inquiries, and monitoring engagement.


Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, from coordinating with suppliers for promotional materials to updating website content.


Support the implementation of digital advertising campaigns on various platforms.


Liaise with external partners, such as graphic designers, printers, and agencies, to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.


Help prepare sales and trade marketing tools, including presentations and product information sheets.


Monitor and report on the performance of social media and other digital marketing initiatives.


Conduct basic market research, such as tracking competitor activities and gathering customer feedback.


Qualifications and Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.


2-3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, either in-house or at an agency.


Strong content creation and copywriting skills in both Arabic and English.


Proven experience managing professional social media accounts.


Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms, social media schedulers, and basic analytics.


Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.


Experience in the FMCG or F&B industry is a strong plus.
