Role Overview
As our Marketing Specialist , you will be at the forefront of Savana s expansion in Iraq. You ll design and execute marketing strategies that fuel user growth, strengthen brand awareness, and shape the way customers engage with Savana. This role requires creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of the Iraqi market.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to promote user acquisition, retention, and re-engagement both online and offline.
• Market & User Insights: Research local market trends and user behavior through data analysis, surveys, and interviews, turning insights into actionable strategies.
• Brand Development: Build and strengthen Savana s identity in Iraq through community engagement, influencer partnerships, and innovative promotional activities.
• Performance Analysis: Track campaign results, measure ROI, and provide clear reports to guide business decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team and cross-border teams to design and implement new growth strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
• Fluency in English and Arabic .
• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, user research, or growth strategy.
• Ability to transform data and user insights into clear, actionable marketing plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a results-driven mindset.
