Job Description

· Assist in creating and executing comprehensive BTL marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.

· Design and manage various BTL marketing activities, including:

Print advertising (flyers, brochures, posters)

Digital signage and displays

Events activations (property launches, exhibitions)

On ground activations & promotions.

PR and media relations

Direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail)

Experiential marketing initiatives

· Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and align marketing efforts accordingly.

· Managing the relationship with the BTL agencies.

· Coordinate with other marketing functions to ensure integrated campaigns.

· Track and analyze the performance of BTL marketing campaigns using relevant metrics (ROI, lead generation, conversion rates).

· Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.

· Effectively manage BTL marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.

· Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.

· Keep up-to-date of the latest trends and best practices in real estate marketing.

· Continuously explore new BTL marketing opportunities and technologies.

· Designing and implementing POS materials.

· Responsible for preparing and arranging our projects Launch plans.

· Prepare reports, specifications and creative briefs.
