Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
EPS is seeking a high-impact Marketing & Sales Director to lead the company s commercial growth, integrate the marketing and sales functions, and create a unified strategic direction for multiple brands within the company.
This is a director-level leadership role, responsible for building systems, leading teams, and driving company-wide commercial performance.
Role Purpose
You will oversee and align both Marketing and Sales departments under one strategic vision ensuring that campaigns, brand positioning, sales activities, and market expansion plans all work toward the same business goals.
Your role is to transform the commercial arm of EPS into a data-driven, fully coordinated system, and to guide our strategic brands to stronger market presence.
Key Responsibilities (Director Level)
1) Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the company s overall commercial strategy.
Build alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Set long-term growth plans for brand positioning and market share.
2) Marketing Leadership
Lead the marketing function (offline, digital, branding).
Build the annual marketing plan and brand communication framework.
Approve campaigns, messaging, and market positioning.
Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and departments.
3) Sales Leadership
Develop the sales strategy and revenue targets.
Lead the sales department and ensure targets are aligned with market potential.
Build pricing strategies, sales funnels, and customer acquisition plans.
Improve sales performance through structured KPIs and reporting systems.
4) Commercial Integration
Build a strong link between Marketing and Sales to ensure both departments operate as one integrated engine.
Ensure marketing campaigns directly support sales conversions.
Align resources, messaging, and timelines across departments.
5) Market Development
Analyze competitors, market trends, and new opportunities.
Identify sectors for expansion and propose strategic market moves.
Support brand listing and approvals for major consultancy firms.
6) Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop managers across both departments.
Build a performance-driven culture based on KPIs, accountability, and innovation.
7) Reporting & Business Performance
Present commercial performance reports to the CEO/Chairman.
Lead forecasting, pipeline planning, and annual business planning.

Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
10+ years in Marketing, Sales, or Commercial leadership roles.
Minimum 5 years in a managerial or director-level position.
Strong experience in B2B, industrial, energy, or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of Branding, Digital Marketing, and Sales Systems.
Leadership mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead multiple teams and handle high-level strategic planning.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
MBA is preferred.
