Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to oversee the quality of digital marketing deliverables, primarily SEO, while supporting project management, client communications, and team operations. This role blends quality assurance with hands-on coordination, ensuring smooth workflows, timely execution, and high-performing campaigns. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of agency experience, a strong grasp of SEO, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
Lead quality control for SEO campaigns, content, and digital assets.
Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications.
Develop and maintain QA checklists, workflows, and SOPs.
Conduct audits, keyword assessments, backlink analysis, and content reviews.
SEO Performance Monitoring
Track SEO metrics and ensure optimization strategies are executed effectively.
Collaborate with SEO, content, and technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
Project Management & Team Support
Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and resources to support efficient project execution.
Manage schedules, documentation, and follow-ups for client-facing workflows.
Contribute to process improvements and enhance team efficiency.
Client Communication
Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on status and deliverables.
Maintain strong relationships and ensure expectations are consistently met.
Training & Mentorship
Train and mentor junior staff on QA procedures and best practices.
Stay current on SEO trends and digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of experience in digital marketing and quality control, preferably in an agency.
Background in SEO, content creation, and performance tracking.
Hands-on experience with project management tools ( Monday.com , Google G Suite, Canva).
Skills
Proficient with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrens) and CMS platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
High attention to detail with proactive problem-solving.
