Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage marketing programs that support brand growth, product adoption, and lead generation.

Plan, execute, and monitor integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and partner channels.

Collaborate with product, sales, and business units to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives.

Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure ROI and efficiency.

Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives.

Oversee content development (blogs, case studies, presentations, videos) to support program objectives.

Track, measure, and report on program performance using KPIs (pipeline growth, conversion rates, engagement).

Partner with external vendors, agencies, and partners to amplify program reach.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all programs and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred).

3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in program, campaign, or product marketing.

Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business results.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.

Experience using marketing automation, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
