Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Marketing & Operations Support Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing & Operations Lead to assist in day-to-day marketing execution and operational support. This role ensures that key marketing activities and backend processes are streamlined, well-documented, and executed efficiently across platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital & E-Commerce Support
- Support the Marketing Lead in managing campaign meta details and asset preparation.
- Assist in website management, including uploading content, updating banners, and verifying product info.
- Analyze e-commerce performance and sales trends to support strategic planning
Retail & Communication Support
- Coordinate and communicate with the delivery agency and internal team, and ensure follow-up on undelivered or refused items.
- Contact customers directly as needed to resolve delivery or communication issues.
- Support customer communication efforts, including SMS campaigns and multi-channel responses.
- Coordinate with print vendors and internal teams for printed materials like posters and retail POS displays.
- Assist in following up with retail shops regarding marketing materials.
Photoshoot & Content Readiness
- Prepare and organize items for photoshoots; ensure readiness and availability of visuals.
Agency & Calendar Coordination
- Liaise with external marketing agencies under the direction of the Marketing Lead to manage calendars, catalogues, and campaign deliverables.
Performance Analytics Support
- Track, compile, and organize marketing and performance data for strategic review meetings under the supervision of the Marketing Lead.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reviews of retail stores, product categories, and items.
- Assist in identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities through organized data analysis.
- Analyze e-commerce performance and sales trends to support strategic planning.
- Support in drafting strategic recommendations for retail, wholesale, and growth initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or operations support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms, e-commerce tools, and social media management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of data reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
