Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead SiFi's marketing initiatives across digital and physical channels. This role will be instrumental in further building our brand presence, driving growth, and delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with SiFi s growth goals.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team, including copywriters, designers, and external vendors (where relevant).
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across all channels (paid and organic).
- Plan and execute SiFi's presence at major industry events (e.g., LEAP, Money 20/20).
- Define and implement a content strategy, including blog posts and thought leadership pieces to boost SEO.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns and email marketing initiatives.
- Create and maintain marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition (in both English and Arabic).
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Plan and execute company events.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with the company leadership to align on goals and priorities.
- Manage PR and media relations initiatives, including press releases and media interactions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the Saudi market, with the understanding of the local context.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B, preferably FinTech, or SaaS.
- Track record of successfully marketing to Saudi businesses and enterprises.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Proven track record in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing decisions.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Ahrens, Google Analytics) and other relevant marketing tools (E.g., Zapier, etc.).
- Strong project management and team leadership abilities (incl. event planning and management expertise.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing.
- Experience working in regulated Saudi businesses is a plus.
