Roles & Responsibilities

A leading company in the Food & Beverage industry is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with 5 10 years of proven experience to lead its marketing activities and drive brand growth.


Key Responsibilities:


-Develop and execute the company s marketing strategy and yearly calendar.


-Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels.


-Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities.


-Oversee the creation of marketing materials and brand assets (brochures, social media, newsletters, presentations).


-Plan and manage product launches, promotions, sponsorships, and events.


-Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.


-Manage and update the company s digital platforms (website, app, social media).


-Collaborate with operations, sales, and creative teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.


Supervise and mentor the marketing team to deliver on objectives.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master s is a plus).


-5 10 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.


-Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.


-Experience in F&B or hospitality industry is a must.


-Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
