Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create effective marketing plans based on market research, adapting them to suit different products and services, and maximizing market share.
- Research and analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends, identify customer needs, assess competitors, and identify new opportunities.
- Brand management: Build and enhance brand awareness and position the brand strategically in the market.
- Marketing campaigns: Design, manage, and evaluate advertising campaigns across various communication channels, including digital channels, to boost product and service sales.
- Budget management: Prepare and manage marketing budgets, and analyze return on investment to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Team leadership: Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team, and train and develop team members to ensure the department's objectives are achieved.
- Internal and external collaboration: Work with other departments, such as the sales department, and with external partners, such as advertising agencies and digital marketing firms.
- Product and service development: Contribute to identifying market trends and developing new products and services or innovative applications for existing products.
- Event management: Organize conferences, trade shows, and other marketing events.
