Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns (online & offline).
  • Manage and monitor social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to prepare promotional materials and offers.
  • Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports for top management.
  • Build, lead, and train a professional marketing team.
  • Communicate with clients to build long-term relationships and boost sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing management, preferably within the construction, architecture, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite and engage directly with internal teams and clients.
