Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- local insurance manager will contact companies and make contacts and deals of local insurance health care
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to deliver high-quality results.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, email, and paid ads.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage branding activities, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
- Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, recommending improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media, and partners.
- Ensure effective allocation of the marketing budget and maximize ROI.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5 10 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, market research, and campaign execution.
- Experience in managing budgets, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
