Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand positioning.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.

Prepare market requirement documents and business feasibility studies for new products/features.

Coordinate product launch plans, events, and tradeshows to maximize brand exposure.

Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, whitepapers, brochures, and press releases.

Collaborate with Product Managers, R&D, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Manage relationships with PR agencies and ensure effective execution of marketing plans.

Monitor ROI on marketing events and ensure effective resource allocation.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance appraisals to marketing team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

10+ years of relevant marketing experience, with proven expertise in strategic marketing, market research, and marketing communications (including digital marketing & lead generation).

Strong managerial and leadership skills with experience managing teams.

Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).

Strong creativity, innovation, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and deliver measurable results.

Experience representing organizations at global fairs and tradeshows.
